Prices include:

  • Final cleaning and sanitation of the apartment on the day of departure.
  • Bed and kitchen linen with weekly change.
  • Free parking in the garage or indoor if necessary.
  • Free parking at Lido di Molveno for each apartment and in the town center (subject to availability).
  • WI-FI in the apartments and in the common areas.
  • Use of the bicycle storage.
  • Shuttle bus stop (for the town center and Lake Molveno) 15 meters from the Pineta Apartments. The shuttle service operates in summer.
  • Use of the ski deposit.
  • At 400 meters from the Pineta Apartments there is the ski bus shuttle stop (for the Andalo ski resorts).
  • Discounts and free tickets with the Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card.
  • 10% discount at the Europa restaurant and pizzeria (also take-away service) From mid-June to mid-September it is possible to book only stays of at least 7 nights (with arrival day: Saturday and departure day: Saturday).

On request:

  • American coffee maker: free.
  • Cot or high chair: free.
  • Towels: € 5.00 per person per change
  • In the Magnolia, Genziana and Azalea apartments it is possible to add an extra bed: € 12 per night.

The local tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per night will be added to the indicated prices. Children under 14 are exempt.

Arrivals and departures

  • Check-in times: from 15:00 to 19:00
  • Check-out times: 07:00 to 09:00
  • For any arrivals after 19:00 a telephone communication is welcome.

Reservation and deposit

  • The reservation is considered final after the confirmation of the deposit (equal to 30% of the amount of the stay) has been credited.
  • The deposit must be paid within 3 days from the acceptance of the booking and by bank transfer:

Terms of payment

Payment of balance and tourist tax on the day of check-in using the following methods:

  • Cash (within the limits of the law).
  • Bank transfer (in this case the balance of the stay must be made before your arrival).
  • Credit cards and Debit card Bancomat.

Conditions in case of cancellation
(pursuant to Part III, title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Consumer Code):

The unexpected can always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties. Pursuant to the Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal.
Nevertheless, we agree to the following cancellation conditions:

  • FREE cancellation with immediate refund of 100% of the confirmatory deposit in the event that travel for tourism reasons is not allowed by government, local and regional provisions.

For all other cases:

  • Up to 22 days before arrival: refund of the confirmatory deposit.
  • From 21 to 4 before arrival: the confirmatory deposit is not returned. It can be used to book a stay to be completed by 31.12 of the year of the canceled reservation.
  • From 3 to 0 days before arrival / early departure / late arrival / no-show: charge of the total amount of the stay.


  • Deposit: € 100 per apartment to be paid upon check-in. The deposit will be returned upon check-out, after checking the condition of the apartment.
  • The booked apartment cannot be occupied by a number of people greater than that indicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas.
  • It is not allowed to move objects, equipment and kitchen equipment outside the apartment.
  • The apartments must be left tidy on the day of departure. Please leave the waste in the appropriate containers, located outside the Residenza Pineta.
  • Animals are not allowed.
